多层螺旋CT对主动脉壁内血肿的诊断价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）对主动脉壁内血肿的诊断价值。方法使用4层螺旋CT对12例胸背痛,临床怀疑主动脉病变的患者行螺旋CT扫描并诊断为主动脉壁内血肿,所有数据传至工作站进行重建及后处理。结果 12例主动脉壁内血肿中,A型4例,B型8例;其中B型主动脉壁内血肿中,累及胸腹主动脉的4例,累及胸主动脉3例,仅累及腹主动脉1例;2例壁内血肿发展为急性夹层;2例壁内血肿伴穿透性溃疡。结论 MSCT是检出主动脉壁内血肿的快速、无创检查方法,对临床的诊治有重要的指导意义。

Multi-slice Spiral CT in Aortic Intramural Hematoma Diagnosis Value

Objective To evaluate multislice spiral CT(MSCT) on the diagnosis of aortic intramural hematoma.Methods Using 4 Slice Spiral CT in 12 cases of thoracic pain,clinical suspicion of aortic lesions in patients with spiral CT scanning and the diagnosis of aortic intramural hematoma,all the data to a workstation for reconstruction and after treatment.Results 12 cases of aortic intramural hematoma,4 cases of type A,type B in 8 cases;in which a type B aortic intramural hematoma,involving the thoracic abdominal aorta in 4 cases,involving the thoracic aorta in 3 cases,only 1 cases involving the abdominal aorta;2 cases of intramural hematoma developed acute dissection;2 cases of intramural hematomas with penetrating ulcer.Conclusion MSCT is the detection of aortic intramural hematoma with rapid,noninvasive method for clinical diagnosis and treatment,has the important guiding significance.
