肝纤维化诊断中超声弹性成像及灰阶超声对比分析

目的对肝纤维化诊断中超声弹性成像及灰阶超声进行对比分析,以得出临床上最好的诊断手段。方法选取我院自2009年3月至2010年3月期间进行肝穿刺活检的病人58例,另外,选取15名健康志愿者做肝脏超声弹性成像用来做对比分析。结果利用超声弹性成像诊断出纤维化的概率明显高于灰阶超声,超声弹性成像的检出率为82.8%,而灰阶超声的只有51.7%。结论肝纤维化诊断还是利用超声弹性成像会比较好,其效果优于灰阶超声,可以明显提高诊断的准确度,但是目前而言技术还不太成熟,不过相信随着医疗事业的进步,超声弹性成像还可以更好应用于临床诊断。

Comparative Analyzed the Diagnosis of Hepatic Fibrosis in Ultrasound Elastography and Ggray-Sscale Sonography

Objective Comparative analyzed the ultrasound elasticity imaging and gray scale ultrasounddiagnosis of liver fibrosis.Methods Selected our hospital 58 cases on March 2009-March 2010 of liver biopsy,in addition,selected 15 healthy volunteers took liver ultrasound elastography used to make comparative analysis.Results Used ultrasound elastography diagnosed fibrosis significantly higher than the probability of gray-scale sonography,ultrasound elastography detection rate was 82.8%,and only 51.7% of gray-scale sonography.Conclusion liver fibrosis diagnosis or to use ultrasound elastography will be good,its effect is better than that of gray-scale sonography can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,but for present technology is not so mature,and we believe that with the progress of the medical enterprise,ultrasound elastography can better applied to clinical diagnosis.
