| 摘 要： | 目的探讨标准桃金娘油胶囊联合特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法回顾分析了2008年1月至2010年12月在我院就诊的100例老年喘息型慢性支气管炎患者的临床资料,将其随机分为2组,给予不同的药物治疗,比较2组患者的疗效和肺功能改善情况。结果较对照组,联合用药的治疗组治疗显效率高,患者肺功能改善情况更明显（P〈0.05）。结论联合应用标准桃金娘油胶囊和特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎,疗效明显,并可缩短治疗时间,值得进一步研究应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combining Turbutaline with Myrtol Standardized Soft Capsules to treat elderly patients with Chronic bronchitis.Methods The clinical materials of 100 patients were reviewed from Jan.2008 to Dec.2010,and divided into two groups with different treatments to compare the therapeutic effectiveness and improvement of pulmonary function.Results Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effectiveness and improvement of pulmonary function were significantly better in the combined medication group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combining Turbutaline with Myrtol Standardized Soft Capsules to treat elderly patients with Chronic bronchitis could improve therapeutic effectiveness,shorten treatment time,and be worth to study deeply. |
