| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆脂瘤复发和残留的发病因素和治疗方法。方法 对９１ 例（９６ 耳） 乳突再根治患者进行临床分析总结;结果 首次手术不彻底或术后引流不畅是胆脂瘤复发和残留的主要原因。８６ 耳行乳突再根治术,１０ 耳行乳突再次手术加鼓室形成术。其中８２ 例（８６ 耳） 随访１ ～１１ 年,除５ 例复发外,其他均痊愈。结论 对于复发和残留的胆脂瘤,乳突再手术必须以清除病变、防止再复发为根本宗旨,其次考虑保留和提高听力 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes and treatment of recurrent and residual cholesteatoma.Methods The operative findings in 91 patients who underwent revision mastoid surgery were analysed.Results The main cause of recurrent and residual cholesteatoma was the uncomplete primary mastoidectomy,the revision mastoid surgery was performed in 86 ears and the tympanoplasty with mastoidectomy was performed in 10 ears;82 cases were followed up from 1 to 11 years,in which 5 cases recurred.Conclusion Complete removal of cholesteatoma is the key point in revision surgery. |
