我院住院患者抗菌药物临床应用调查分析

目的：评价我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况。方法：对我院2008年3～6月每月各病房出院病历各10份共计760份的抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果：我院住院患者抗菌药物应用率达77．0％，其中二联应用抗菌药物占39．9％，三联应用占7．0％；标本送检率仅为24．5％。结论：我院住院患者抗菌药物应用率偏高，术后预防性应用抗菌药物较多，治疗性用药病原学检查标本送检率低，需加强抗菌药物合理应用与规范化管理。

Analysis of Antibiotic Application in Inpatients of Our Hospital

Objective:To evaluate the use of antibiotics in our hospital. Methods:A total of 760 clinical records of discharged cases,10 records in each ward,were randomly selected from March to June of 2008.
