摘    要:目的加强教学医院临床教师队伍建设,探索开展多种形式师资培训的方法及培训效果。方法通过对全体授课和带教师资开展多种形式的培训,以提高教师的教学能力和水平。结果经过培训,教师的教学能力、参与教学的积极性以及课堂教学质量有了明显提高。结论重视师资队伍建设,强化师资培训是提高教学质量的重要性手段。

Abstract:The purpose of this thesis is to strengthen the clinical teacher teams in teaching hospitals and to discuss diversified methods as well as the effect of the teachers' training programs. In order to refine the teach- ing progress, we introduced trainings for the faculty. As a result, the teachers' competence and enthusiasm has been enhanced obviously, which leads to the significant improvement of the quality of teaching. Therefore, we come to the conclusion that attaching great importance to the teachers' training programs is an effective means for teaching hospitals to improve the teaching activities.
