七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗急性踝关节扭伤局部肿胀的疗效分析

目的分析七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗急性踝关节扭伤局部肿胀100例的临床疗效。方法采用随机、单盲、平行对照的方法分为两组，治疗组与对照组各50例，将七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗组与正红花油对照组进行疗效对比。结果治疗组总有效率为96％，水肿消退的平均时间为5．5d，对照组为82％，水肿消退的平均时间为9．7d，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论七叶皂苷钠搽剂在治疗急性踝关节扭伤方面有较好的疗效。

Clinical analysis of aescine sodium liniment in treatment of acute ankle sprain swelling

Objective Clinical analysis of aescine sodium liniment in treatment of acute ankle sprain swell- ing in 100 cases. Methods A randomized, single blind, parallel group were divided into two groups, the treat- ment group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. Aescine sodium liniment in treatment group and control group curative effect contrast red flower oil. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96%, the average time of edema was 5.5 d, the control group was 82%, the average time of edema was 9. 7 d, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Aescine sodium liniment has better curative effect in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.
