寒冷高湿环境下犬肢体爆炸伤伤口细菌学变化观察

摘    要:目的实验研究寒冷高湿环境下杂种犬肢体爆炸伤伤口细菌学变化,为战伤救治提供依据。方法建立寒冷高湿环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤模型,犬雷管炸伤肢体后,于伤后即刻、4、6、8、12、24、48、72、96 h取伤口深处组织行细菌培养,周围空气、物品表面、实验犬皮毛拭洗液采样细菌培养、定量检测,定性分析和药敏试验。结果寒冷高湿环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤后,伤口组织培养有细菌生长,主要菌群为革兰阳性菌,菌群随时间延长移位、改变,伤口感染时间为伤后24 h。结论寒冷高湿环境下伤口感染时间为伤后24 h,研究结果为早期治疗提供理论依据。
