4300m高原男性性生理、性心理和性行为调查

目的掌握4300m高原男性官兵性生理、性心理及性行为情况，为边防部队官兵进行性生理、性心理教育和临床诊断及治疗性心理障碍疾病提供参考数据。方法采用问卷调查的方式，抽样调查了4300m高原两个地区95名18—30岁男性官兵的性生理、性心理及性行为情况。结果（1）性生理方面：80％以上的官兵偶尔有遗精行为，85％以上的官兵认为遗精是正常生理现象；（2）性心理方面：80％左右的官兵偶尔有过性幻想，偶尔做过性梦，60％以上的官兵偶尔有过手淫行为，70％以上官兵认为自身性活动可能会影响身心健康，但50％以上官兵认为只要自身性活动不影响身心健康就可以接受；（3）性行为方面：90％以上官兵知晓和异性发生性关系才会导致对方怀孕，B组曾经有过性交行为的官兵51．7％比例显著高于A组20．0％（P〈0．01）。结论应加强对高原官兵的性生理、性心理和性行为问题的疏导和教育，确保官兵思想稳定和守防任务的顺利完成。

Investigation of sexual physiology,sexual psychology and sexual behavior of male army officers and soldiers stationed at 4300 m above sea level

Objective To investigate the sexual physiology, sexual psychology and sexual behavior of male army officers and soldiers stationed at 4300 m above sea level, and to provide a reference data for the education on sexual physiology and sexual psychology as well as the diagnosis and treatment of psychosexual obstacle diseases. Methods Sample survey of sexual physiology, sexual psychology and sexual behavior was conducted among 95 male army officers and soldiers aged from 18 to 30 years old at two regions of 4300 m altitude by the questionnaire. Results （ 1 ） Sexual psychology ： over 80% of recipients had occasional seminal emission and over 85% of recipients considered it as a normal physiological phenomenon. （2）Sexual psychology：around 80% recipients had occasional sexual fantasy and sexual dreams and 60% of recipients had occasional masturbation. 50% of them thought that self - sexual activities could be accepted as long as it did not influence oneg physical and mental health ,although over 70% of recipients believed that it did so. （3）Sexual behavior： over 90% of recipients knew that only doing sexual intercourse with a female could cause her conception. In addition, more subjects had sexual behavior records in group A（51.7% ）than those in group B （20.0%, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Direction and education on sexual physiology, sexual psychology and sexual behavior for army officers and soldiers at high altitude should be strengthened to ensure their stable mental status and the successful fulfillment of border defense tasks.
