腰椎病变的活骨移植

根据有关显微解剖资料和尸解观察、设计了带第三腰动脉的后部髂骨瓣转位移植对2例腰椎结核病人进行了骨瓣转位移植、分别随访7～19年、均获满意效果。

To solve the transplantation of live-bone of verbrae lumberae of affection, based on the related microscopic information on anatomy and observation of corpse, a transplantation method characterized by the rear os. iliac flap (OIF) with the third A. Lumales has been designed and the transplantation of os, flap (TOF)dislocation as above mentioned has been carried out on 2 cases with lumbar tuberculosis (LT) when the focus debridment performed. A significant result has been found in the two patients after the follow-up survey for 7 and 9 years respectively. Therefore, the paper gives a further introduction and discussion on the applied anatomy of lumber vertebrae and applied methods inclinic.
