| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察通心络胶囊对载脂蛋白E（ApoE）基因敲除小鼠循环内皮细胞（CEC）、小鼠内皮素（ET）水平的干预变化,探究其对ApoE基因敲除小鼠冠状动脉粥样硬化（AS）的调节作用和机理。方法将40只ApoE基因敲除小鼠作为实验组,建立冠状AS模型,随机分为模型组等5组。结果通心络胶囊干预后,通心络胶囊高、中、低剂量组和辛伐他汀组、模型组相比,通心络胶囊高剂量组在造模后第4、8、12周血中CEC均明显低于模型组,中剂量组在造模后第4周和第12周时血中CEC与模型组相比显著降低。模型组小鼠血清ET含量高于正常组,通心络胶囊各剂量组小鼠血清ET含量均低于模型组。结论通心络胶囊能降低ApoE基因敲除小鼠CEC、ET水平,具有调节血管内皮细胞功能和抑制炎症因子的作用。
