儿童直立调节障碍的心电图检查

直立性调节障碍是小儿植物神经功能不稳定所引起的,是儿童常见病之一,在学龄儿童中患病率为11—15％。女性较男性发病率高。临床主要表现为晨起或直立后头晕、恶心、心慌、胸闷等一组综合症。临床易误诊为心肌炎、低血糖、癫痫等症,属自限性非器质性疾病,根据本症临床特点进一步做直立试验,即可明确诊断,而直立试验阳性率达89.6％,是一种简便易行的检查方法。

ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION OF ORTHOSTATIC REGULATION DISTURBANCE IN CHILD

Orthostatic regulation disturbance in child is caused by functional distubance of vegetative nerve. It's one of common encountered disease in childhood. Sickness rate of this disease in schoolage children is 11 - 15 % and incidence of the disease in female is higher than in male. The clinical manifestations mainly are dizziness, nausea, palpitation and chest distress after morning getting -up and orthostation. This disease belongs to self-limited inorganic disease, but it's easily misdiagnosed as hypoglycemia, myocarditis, epilepsy, etc. According to the clinical features,the disease can be clearly diagonsed through making further orthostatic test. The positive rate of the test reaches 89. 6%. The orthostatic test is a simple and convenient examing method of the orthostatic regulation disturbance.
