复方炔雌醚对育龄妇女血浆皮质醇浓度的影响

60例育龄妇女服复方炔雌醚(简称复雌片)4～13年,血浆皮质醇水平明显升高(27.72±1.05μg/100ml)与正常对照组(15.63±0.60μg/100ml)及曾短期服用短效避孕药组(19.76±0.86μg/100ml)相比,差异均具有非常显著意义。复雌片组口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)各时相的血糖值与正常对照组近似。本文结果提示复雌片避孕药对肾上腺皮质功能的影响,可能是通过负反馈机制引起垂体前叶ACTH分泌减少,因而皮质醇水平升高。较低剂量的复雌片对糖代谢无明显影响。

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF COMPOUND QUINESTROL ON PLASMA CORTISOL CONCENTRATION IN FERTILE WOMEN

This paper reports the concentration of plasma cortisol and the results of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in 60 fertile women taking compound quinestrol for 4～13 years. In the 60 women, the mean plasma cortisol concentration was 27.72±1.05μg/100ml, which was significantly higher than 19.76±0.86μg/100mg in 20 cases with history of taking oral short-acting contraceptives for short period and 15.53±0.50μg/100ml in the normal volunteers. There was no significant difference in the mean blood glucose levels between the group taking compound quinestrol and the control group.The above results indicate that the effect of compound quinestrol on adrenal cortisol function may be through the negative feedback of the pituitary-adrenal cortex axis. As a result, the levels of plasma cortisol were increased. Small doses of compound quinestrol had no apparant effect on carbohydrate metabolism.
