紫色消肿膏外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨紫色消肿膏治疗化疗性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法将164例化疗性静脉炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各82例。观察组使用紫色消肿膏外用治疗化疗性静脉炎,对照组参照如意金黄散联合珍黄丸外用治疗化疗性静脉炎,3d后进行疗效对比。结果观察组患者较对照组的镇痛、消肿疗效显著, P〈0.01。结论紫色消肿膏外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎较如意金黄散联合珍黄丸疗效更好。

Observation on efficacy of purple swelling paste in treatment of chemotherapy phlebitis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of purple swelling paste in treatment of chemotherapy phlebitis. Methods The 164 cases of phlebitis of chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 82 cases. Observation group uses purple swelling cream topical chemotherapy phlebitis, with reference to the control group wishful golden powder combined with Jane Huang Wan topical chemotherapy phlebitis, 3d effects were compared. Results Observation group than the control group of patients with pain, swelling effect is significant（P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion Purple swelling paste has a better efficacy than Ruyi Jinhuangsan combined Zhenhuangwan.
