Toll样受体4在胎膜早破中的表达及意义

目的：探讨Toll样受体4（TLR4）在胎膜早破中的表达及意义。方法选择100例早产胎膜早破孕妇设为PPROM组,100例足月胎膜早破孕妇设为PROM组,100例足月正常孕妇作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学法检测胎膜破裂口处胎膜组织TLRs的分布与表达。结果胎膜组织中TLR4的表达， PPROM组与PROM组比较差异无统计学意义；PROM组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义；PPROM组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 Toll样受体4在胎膜早破孕妇中高表达,为胎膜早破的早期诊断提供更敏感的信号指标。

Expression and significance of toll like receptor 4 in premature rupture of the membranes

Objective To study expression and significance of toll like receptor 4 in premature rupture of the membranes. Methods 100 cases of preterm premature rupture of the membranes in pregnant women for PPROM group, 100 cases of term pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes was set to PROM group, in 100 cases of normal pregnant women as controls, using immunohistochemistry assay for detection of rupture of membranes mouth tissue distribution and expression in fetal membranes TLRs. Results The expression of TLR4 in the organization of membranes, PPROM group compared with PPROM group there was no statistically significant difference; PROM group compared with control group the difference was statistically significant;PPROM group compared with control group the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Toll like receptor 4 expression in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes premature rupture of membranes, as early diagnosis provides more sensitive signal indicator.
