摘    要:目的 研究大鼠炎性肠病模型的MRI表现以及应用MRI监测柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)疗效的可行性.方法 20只炎性肠病大鼠模型随机分为治疗组及对照组,分别给予SASP或对照剂灌肠.在诱导结肠炎前、后不同时间点对两组大鼠进行腹部MRI扫描,测量相近层面结肠壁厚度.最后一次MRI检查后处死大鼠并对结肠炎病理分级.比较两组大鼠不同时间点的结肠壁厚度比例及两组大鼠结肠炎病理分级.结果 非治疗组大鼠各时间点肠壁均明显厚于诱导前,而诱导后各时间点的肠壁厚度间无统计学差异.治疗组随治疗时间的延长各时间点的肠壁厚度显著减低.治疗组炎症分级高于非治疗组,但尚未达到统计学差异.结论 MRI可以作为一种有效的方法对SASP治疗大鼠炎性肠病的疗效进行监测.

Diagnosis and monitoring of inflammation in murine inflammatory bowel disease using MRI

Abstract:Objective To study MRI features of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) and the ability of MRI in monitoring treatment of IBD with sulfasalazine (SASP).Methods 20 rats with IBD were given enema with either SASP(study group)or placebo(control group),respectively.MRI scanning was performed before and at different time points after colitis induction.The thickness of the colon and the ratio with that before colitis induction were acquired.The rats were killed after the last scan and inflammation of the colon was evaluated.Results The colon wall thickness of the rats in control group was not significantly different among different time points after colitis induction,but was higher than that before induction.In the study group,the colon wall thickness continued to decrease with the treatment.The degree of inflammation in the study group was high than the study group,without reaching a significant difference.Conclusions MRI can be an evaluable method in monitoring treatment of IBD in rat colitis model with SASP.
