| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨八爪型肋骨接骨板在外伤性肋骨骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析54例实施八爪型肋骨接骨板内固定治疗的外伤性肋骨骨折患者的临床资料,观察患者骨折愈合情况及相关并发症发生情况。结果54例均顺利完成手术,手术时间（42.3＆#177;8.9）min，住院时间（19.7＆#177;6.5）d，骨折愈合时间（4.3＆#177;1.4）月,均为骨性愈合；术后2例感染,3例肺不张,经处理后均好转；无1例内固定折断、松动发生。结论八爪型肋骨接骨板内固定治疗外伤性肋骨骨折,固定牢靠,并发症少,骨折愈合良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application value of octopussy rib plate in the treatment of traumatic ribs fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 54 cases patients with traumatic rib fractures, which implemented octopus rib plate fixation, observed in patients with fracture healing and related complications. Results 54 cases were successfully operated, operative time was（42.3＆#177;8.9）min; hospital stay time was（19.7＆#177;6.5）d;fracture healing time was （4.3＆#177;1.4） months, 54 patients bone all healing;after operation, 2 cases of infection, 3 cases atelectasis, after treatment were improved;no fixed broken within one case, loosening. Conclusion Internal octopussy rib plates in the treatment of traumatic rib fracture has rigid fixation, fewer complications and fracture healing is good. |
