| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕的疗效。方法:对46例确诊为输卵管梗阻性不孕的患者在宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合应用下,给予美蓝液进行输卵管疏通并加强观察及护理。结果:46例患者经治疗和护理后,6个月~1年内宫内妊娠28例,2年内宫内妊娠8例,妊娠率为78.26%,均无并发症发生。结论:宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕疗效确切,方法可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:Probe into the effect of laparoscopic ad d uteroventralapic to treat obstructively infertility of tubal ectopic.Method :46 patients with obstr uctively infertility of tubal ectopic under laparoscopic and uteroventralcopic a pplycation,using Meilan to dredge tubal ectopic and enhancing observation and ca re.Result:After therapy and nursing six months to one year,during 46 patients,th ere is 28 case occured normal gestation; during two years has 8 case,the gestat io n rate was 78.26%,there were no complication.Conclution:Laparoscopic add uterove ntralcopic is one of the best way to treat obstructively infertility of tubal ec topic. |
