微波消毒法与水浴加热法杀菌效果的对比研究

摘    要:本文用两种方法分别作大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞不同时点的杀菌作用的研究,其结果表明:微波消毒法对大肠杆菌、金黄色和葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的完全杀灭的作用时间分别是60秒、60秒及5分钟。而水浴加热法在试验时间内只对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌有完全杀灭作用,其作用时间分别为60秒、70秒,并且在对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用5分钟后还不能完全杀灭。在各个不同试验时点上的非完全杀

Abstract:In this paper,the germicidal effects of microwave sterilization method and water bath heating method were compared. Escherilichia,staphylococcus aureus and spores of Bacillics subtilis var.nigen were used as testing microorganisms. The results showed that,with the microwave method,the time required to totally disinfect these three microorganisms were 60 second,60 second and 5 min respectively. On the other hand,with the water bath method,the time resulting in the completely sterilization of Escherilichia and staphylococcus aureus were 60 second and 70 second respectively. However,it could not completely disinfect the spore of B. subtilis var.nigen within 5 min.
