摘    要:目的:探讨病室光线水平对早产儿喂养耐受的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准、出生胎龄≤34周的早产儿60例,按入院先后的顺序,单号为循环光线组,双号为持续暗光组各30例。对两组患儿在住院期间开始喂养时间及期间发生喂养不耐受的情况进行对比。结果:两组患儿禁食时间差异无统计学意义(P0.05);喂养不耐受持续时间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:循环光线能缩短禁食时间同时减少喂养不耐受持续时间,有助于早产儿正常胃肠功能的建立。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of different exterior lighting methods on the feeding tolerance of premature infants. Methods: According to the order of admission, 60 premature infants whose gestational age was less than 34 weeks were divided into the control group (persistent dim light group, n=30) and the experimental group (cycling light group, n=30) by odd or even numbers. We compared the beginning time of enteral feeding and the feeding intolerance of the infants in two groups. Results: There was no significantly different in fasting time between the two groups (P〉0.05). The duration time of feeding intolerance in two group had significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The cycling light can shorten the fasting time and reduce the duration time of feeding intolerance, it can contribute to the establishment of the normal gastrointestinal function of preterm neonates.
