| 摘 要： | 本文研究了延边地区细菌性痢疾流行菌组的分布及菌株耐药性,并比较了二三个不同年代的痢疾杆菌菌型。结果表明,福氏痢疾杆菌仍是我州流行的主要菌组,宋内氏菌和志贺氏菌有相对升高的趋势,并出现了鲍氏菌,福氏痢疾杆菌的比率则有所下降。现在流行的痢疾杆菌对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、新霉素等药显示高度敏感性,对红霉素、氯霉素、金霉素、四环素有较强的耐药性。

| Abstract: | The types of pathogenic species of Shigella and their drug resistance in Yanbian area were intesvigated and the groups of Shigella at three dif- ferent years were compared.The results obtained are as follows:S.flex- neri still is principal groups of Shigella which is pathogenic at present in this area;while S.boyddi is new one,S.sonneyand S.dysente riae are relatively increased,but S.flexneri is decreased.Now Shigella- is very sensitive to gentamycin,kanamycinand neomycin,etc.,but have relatively strong tolerance to erythromycin,chloramphenicol,chlor- tetracycline and tetracycline. |
