Vitapex用于部分活髓切断术在年轻恒牙露髓治疗中的效果

目的用Vitapex糊剂作为活髓保存剂,对临床上因龋坏或外伤或畸形中央尖折断等原因造成年轻恒牙露髓实施部分活髓切断术,观察其临床效果并进行评价分析。方法对62例74颗年轻恒牙露髓病例实施部分活髓切断术,并定期观察随访5年。结果 69颗成功（其中1颗过度钙化）,5颗失败,实施部分活髓切断术的成功率为93.24%。结论对于露髓的年轻恒牙,部分活髓切断术为一种成功而有效的治疗方法。

The treatement effection of partial pulpotomy in young permanent teeth exposed pulp

Objective To assess the clinical outcome of patial pulpotomy on young permanent teeth with cariously or crown-fractured exposed pulps.Methods Sixty-two cases including seventy-four immature feeth were treated with partial pulpotomy and assessed clinically by five years’ followed up.Rusults Sixty-nine teeth were successfully treated(One case of Excessive calcification),five teeth faile,the successful rate of this treatement was 93.24%.Conclusion Partial pulpotomy may be a successful and effective treatement for young permanent feeth with cariously or crown-factured exposed pulps.
