初期尿毒症透析患者心理护理的效果评价

目的探讨心理护理在初期患尿毒症患者护理中的效果。方法将我院新收治的50例尿毒症患者给予心理护理。在护理前和护理后使用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和焦虑量表（HAMA）进行评定,及自制满意度调查表,观察心理护理在尿毒症患者护理中的效果。结果心理护理后50例患者抑郁和焦虑情况明显改善（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义。患者在主动配合护理工作、掌握疾病相关知识方面有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。家属的支持方面有所提高,护患纠分有所减少,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论给予心理护理的患者能够坦然面对疾病,积极配合治疗,增强了患者的自信心,能够重新回到自己的工作岗位,家庭关系融洽。

Evaluation of psychological care to the early uremia patients who accepted dialysis

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological care to the early uremia patients who accepted dialysis.Methods Affording psychological care to 50 early uremia patients received in our hospital recently,and observing the effect before and after psychological care as well as making an evaluation according to HAMD,HAMA and satisfaction questionaire made by ourselves.Results The depression and anxiety state of all the patients received psychological care improved obviously,and the cooperation of patient as well as their acquirement in relevant knowledge had statistical significance(P<0.05),while the support from their family was found no relation to the decrease of quarrels between nurses and patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care can help patients to cooperate in treatment and strengthen their confidence to face diseases,finally get back to work as well as a harmonious family.
