住院医师临床技能培训探讨

目的探讨临床技能在医疗活动中的地位,说明临床技能培训的重要性。方法以EXCEL软件分析2001年和2010年自然分娩率、会阴侧切率以及会阴伤口延裂及延期愈合的发生率。结果自然分娩率由42.5%上升为52.2%,会阴侧切率由83.1%下降为46.9%、会阴伤口延裂以及愈合不良分别由7.7%上升为33.4%、由2.8‰上升为9.7‰,差异有显著性（P〈0.001）。结论重视住院医生临床技能的培训是保证医疗质量的重要因素。

Discussion of Clinical Skills Training of House Staff

Objective The position of clinical skills in medical activities was discussed,and the importance of clinical skills training was conclude.Methods The incidence of natural birth,episiotomy,perineal wound extension of crack and delayed healing in 2001 and 2010 using EXCEL.Results Natural childbirth rate increased from 42.5% to 52.2%,episiotomy decreased from 83.1% to 46.9%,perineal wound extension of crack increased from 7.7% to 33.4%,perineal wound healing increased from 2.8 ‰ to 9.7 ‰.(P<0.001).Conclusion The emphasis on resident physician clinical skills training is an important factor toensure thequality of medical care.
