末梢血糖与血清血糖一致性的评价

摘    要:目的探讨全自动生化分析仪(湿化学)、强生快速血糖仪及强生干化学分析仪三者检测结果的相关性及差异性,为临床提供参考。方法随机选择门诊检测血糖的患者,用快速血糖仪测定患者手指末梢血葡萄糖,同时抽取同侧肢体的静脉血离心后,分别用全自动生化分析仪及干化学分析仪在规定时间内进行血清葡萄糖测定,每份标本重复测定2次取均值并进行比较测定,参考美国临床和实验室标准化协会文件EP9A2,用相关回归分析和配对t检验对检测结果进行比对和偏差评估,所得结果进行统计学分析比较。结果全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪及干化学分析仪测得的血糖值分别为5.371±1.652mmol/L、5.558±1.725mmol/L、5.489±1.648mmol/L。生化分析仪与血糖仪两组结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而生化分析仪与干化学分析仪两者结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);但当血糖值〈7.8mmol/L时,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。生化分析仪、血糖仪及干化学分析仪三者的检测结果呈高度相关(P〈0.001)。在医学决定水平处与比较检测系统比较差异〈10%。结论使用快速血糖仪测定末梢血糖快速简便,其结果与全自动牛化分析仪结果相近,可用于已确诊糖尿病患者血糖水平的监测、糖尿病筛选及普查。

Abstract:Objective Discussion on automatic biochemical Analyzer(wet chemistry),Johnson fast blood glucose meter and dry chemistry Analyzer for correlation and difference between the results of serum glucose,to provide clinical reference.Methods Random choosing the patients in outpatient who needs check her or his glucose,rapid determination of fingers of patients with peripheral blood by blood glucose meter,while extraction with side limb of vein blood centrifugal with respectively automatic biochemical instrument and the dry chemical Analyzer for serum glucose determination,each specimens repeat determination 2 times take are value and for comparison determination,reference United States Clinical and laboratory standards Association file EP9A2,with related regression analysis and paired t test on of detection results for than on and deviation assessment.Statistical analysis and comparison of the results obtained.Results Automatic biochemical Analyzer and fast blood glucose and dry chemical Analyzer measured blood glucose value of 5.371±1.652mmol/L,5.558±1.725mmol/L,5.489±1.648mmol/L respectively.Biochemical Analyzer and blood glucose two difference statistically significant results(P <0.05),dry chemical and biochemical analyzers and analyzer results no statistically significant differences between the two(P >0.05),but when the blood sugar level when <7.8mmol/L,two statistically significant group differences(P <0.05).Determination of Intravenous serum blood glucose by biochemical Analyzer and dry chemical Analyzer,fast blood glucose meter test results of peripheral blood glucose,are highly correlated(P <0.001).In the medical decision level.The differences from eomparison with the comparison detection systems were <10%.Conclusions Rapid determination of peripheral blood glucose by blood glucose meter is quickly and easily,its results and the results of automatic Analyzer of cattle are similar,can be used for monitoring blood glucose levels in diabetic patients confirmed to have,diabetes screening and screening.
