多种诱发电位检查对亚临床肝性脑病的诊断研究

目的:探讨多种诱发电位检查对亚临床肝性脑病的诊断价值。方法:对50例肝炎肝硬化病人进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、体感诱发电位(SEP)、视觉诱发电位(VEP)检测,观察其异常率。结果:50例肝硬化病人中,BAEP异常27例(54%),VEP异常11例(22%),SEP异常18例(36%),且随child-pugh分级增加,诱发电位的异常率也随之增加。结论:对肝硬化患者行多种诱发电位联合检查具有重要临床价值,有利于早期诊断。

Research of Diagnosis of Multiple Kinds of Evoked Potentials in Patients with Subclinical Hepatic Encephalopathy

Objective: To explore the value of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP),somatosensorv evoked potential(SEP) and visual evoke potential(VEP) in the diagnosis of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy(SHE).Method: BAEP,SEP and VEP were tested in 50 cirrhotic patients with SHE.Result: In the 50 patients,the abnormal rates of uses of BAEP,SEP and VEP were 54%,36% and 22% respectively.And with the increasing of child-pugh grade,the abnormal rates also increased.Conclusion: It is important for cirrhotic patients with SHE to perform multiple kinds of evoked potentials and EP measurement are helpful to the early diagnosis of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy(SHE).
