卵细胞第一极体形态与受精卵及胚胎质量关系的研究

目的 探讨卵细胞第一极体形态与原核期受精卵形态、卵裂期胚胎质量的关系。方法 取性成熟期的雌、雄昆明小白鼠25对,给雌鼠进行控制性超排卵,收集其成熟卵母细胞,按其第一极体形态进行分组,采用卵胞浆内单精子显微注射技术将雄鼠的精子注入卵细胞内,评估卵细胞受精后原核期受精卵形态及卵裂期胚胎质量。结果 1级极体卵细胞比2、3级极体卵细胞的正常受精率明显高(P<0.01),且3级极体卵细胞受精后高评分原核少于1、2级极体(P<0.05),高评分原核发育成的高质量胚胎明显多于低评分原核(P<0.01),而由低评分原核产生的低质量胚胎(C级和D级)多于高评分原核(P<0.01)。结论 通过卵细胞第一极体形态可预测受精卵及卵裂期胚胎质量。

Study on the relationship between the first polar body morphology of oocyte and zygote,embryo quality

Objective To investigate the relationship between the first polar body morphology of oocyte and the zygote morphology in pronucleus stage, embryo quality in cleavage stage. Methods The ovarian hyperstimu-lation of sexual mature female mice were controlled and matephase II oocytes were collected to be divided into different groups according to the morphology of the first polar body. To evaluate the zygote morphology and embryo quality after intracytoplasrnic sperm (mice) injection. Results The normal fertilization of Grade 1 first polar body was higher than that of Grade 2 and Grade 3 (P<0. 01)and higher scores pronucleus were got from Grade 1,Grade 2 (P<0.05). Accordingly low quality embryo(Grade C and Grade D) produced by low scores pronucleus was more than high scores pronucleus(P <0. 01). Conclusion Zygotes and embryo quality can be predicted by morphology of the first polar body.
