| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环氧化酶-2（COX-2）表达和口腔恶性黑色隶瘤血管生成的关系。方法免疫组化检测口腔恶性黑色素瘤COX-2、诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOS）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达。并测定肿瘤微血管密度（MVD）。结果口腔恶性黑色素瘤COX-2表达与VEGF、iNOS表达密切相关（P〈0.05）。口腔恶性黑色素瘤COX-2表达阳性组和阴性组MVD有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论口腔恶性黑色素瘤COX-2表达和肿瘤血管生成有关，iNOS和VEGF可能参与COX-2对肿瘤血管生成的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the relationships between COX - 2 expression and angiogenesis in oral malignant melanoma. Methods: The COX-2 expression, iNOS and VEGF expression, MVD were evaluated by immunohistochemical method. Results: There was significant difference in MVD between COX - 2 postive oral malignant melanoma and negative ones (P < 0. 01). The expressions of COX - 2 and iNOS, VEGF in oral malignant melanomas were significantly positively correlated. Conclusion: The present findings suggest that there is some link between COX - 2 and angiogenesis in oral malignant melanoma, which partly attributes to the effect of VEGF and iNOS. |
