| 摘 要： | 在岭南运用温病学理论治疗外感热病,每获良效。在岭南外感热病初起,"透邪"是整个治法的灵魂。如风温初起,辛凉透表,不避辛温;风温挟湿,清透表邪,疏表除湿;暑湿初起,透邪达表,涤暑化湿;燥热袭表,辛凉甘润,清透肺卫。与叶天士"温邪入气,邪未伤津,犹可透表"的原则一致。
