康复训练对脑梗死合并假性球麻痹致吞咽障碍患者的影响

目的观察吞咽功能训练对脑梗死合并假性球麻痹致吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能恢复的影响。方法将62例脑梗死合并假性球麻痹致吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组与康复组各31例，对照组按留置胃管行常规护理及治疗，康复组入院后即进行吞咽功能训练及摄食训练，未给予留置胃管。对两组患者吞咽功能进行评价比较。结果康复组吞咽功能治疗总有效率为83．9％，对照组为38．7％，两组比较，P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。结论康复训练对脑梗死合并假性球麻痹致吞咽障碍患者恢复吞咽功能有明显的效果，避免了鼻饲给患者带来的痛苦和护理人员操作上的繁琐，便于患者出院后的营养管理，提高了患者生活质量，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of function recovery exercise on patients with brain infarction complicated by supranuclear paralysis

Objective To observe the effect of swallowing function training on swallowing function recovery in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by supranuclear paralysis. Methods A total of 62 patients with cerebral infarction complicated by supranuclear paralysis were divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group, with 31 in each. The control group received conventional treatment and nursing, while the rehabilitation group received swallowing function training and ingestion training. Swallowing functions in two groups were evaluated. Results The effective rate of swallowing function recovery in the rehabilitation group was 83.9% , and that in the control group was 38.7%. The difference was significant (P < 0.01). Conclusions Rehabilitation training has obvious effect in recovering swallowing function in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by supranuclear paralysis. It is worth popularizing because pains caused by nasal feeding and tedious nursing care are avoided, post-discharge nutrition management is facilitated, patients' life qualities are improved and length of stay in hospital is shortened.
