黑节草茎段直接诱导丛生芽

摘    要:介绍利用黑节草茎节外殖体获得丛生苗的方法:黑节草茎节段在1/2ms+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L的培养基上,先诱导形成愈伤组织,然后出许多绿色小芽。进一步移至1/2ms+NAA0.5mg/L培养基上产生大量的丛生芽。丛生芽培养于1/2ms+IBA0.5mg/l+NAA0.5mg/L培养基上,可诱导生根形成完整植株。

Abstract:Callus was induced on modified ms medium supplemented with 6-BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.2 mg/L from the stem segments of Dendrobium candidun. Thereafter a substantial amount of green bud apices were produced. When they were transplanted into 1/2 ms with NAA 0.5 mg/L basic medium, a large amount of rosette buds were formed. Roots were induced on modified 1/2 ms with NAA 0.5 mg/L medium supplemented with IBA 0.5 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L and intact plantlets were thus regenerated.
