| Abstract: | The extraction technology of total alkaloids from Flos Datura was studied. Different pH value of acidic alcoholic solutions were used for optimization of extraction technology, and conventional method was used for purification of total alkaloids. Quality control of the extract was assayed by HPLC. It indicated that the extraction technology was practicable. |
