Talking About the business process reengineering of hospital

In 1990s,the business process reengineering theory was a revolution in the management circles, the theory has broken through the traditional theory of labour division under the times of new economy. The paper gives a brief account of the historical back- ground of hospital BRP, and the nucleus contents as well as the guidance idea of its application .It describes the successful experiences and deficiency of the US and Taiwan hospital in implementing BPR and discusses the specific steps for hospitals to carry out BPR and some details for attention. The aim is to render help to domestic hospitals in their efforts to adopt BPR.
