110接警员心理健康状况与应对方式及其相关性研究

目的研究成都市110接警员的心理健康状况及其应对方式，探讨110接警员的心理健康水平和应对方式的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及应对方式问卷对102名接警员进行评定，并进行相关性分析。结果①110接警员除恐怖、人际关系、偏执外其余因子得分均高于常模且具有统计学意义。②110接警员的应对方式除了解决问题和退避之外，其他的方式与正常对照相比具有统计学意义。③SCL-90高因子分项目与不成熟的应对方式呈正相关。结论110接警员心理健康水平及应对方式较正常人偏低。

Study on the relativity between the coping ways and the mental health of the 100 operators and their relativity.

Objective To evaluate the basic mental health stats of the 100 operators in Chengdu, to discuss the relativity between the level of 100 operators mental health and the coping ways. Methods Applied the Symptom Checklist-90 and the coping ways questionnaire to evaluate one hundred and two 110 operators,and give an relative analysis.Results （1）All the scores in the 110 operatars SCL-90 （excluding phobia, paranoia and interpersonal sensitivity ）are higher than the test norm ; （2）All the other factors （except problem of solution and avoidance）which compare to the normal compares have a statistical meaning; （3）There is a positive relativity between the positive symptoms and the immature coping mode. Conclusion The level of 110 operators mental health and the coping ways are lower than normal people.
