摘    要:目的:从实践中探索单剂量全自动片剂摆药机在住院药房应用的可行性,优化摆药工作模式,为其推广应用提供参考。方法:介绍全自动片剂摆药机在我院的使用情况,描述常见的差错类型并提出解决方法,全面分析摆药机使用效果。结果与结论:摆药机常见的差错类型有药片窜包、手动放药单元不漏药等,解决方法包括设置合适的包药速度、定期清洁药片托盘等。摆药机的使用完善了摆药工作流程、避免了药品污染和交叉感染、提高了患者用药依从性和药品管理水平、转变了药师的工作模式等,给药房带来了调剂模式和管理的变革,更符合新形势下药房管理的需求。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To explore the feasibility of single dose automatic tablet dispensing machine in inpatient pharmacy, so as to optimize the work mode of drug dispensing and provide reference for the further spread and application of the machine. METHODS: The application of automatic tablet dispensing machine in our hospital was introduced, and common dispensing errors and solutions were interpreted to analyze the effect of machine completely. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The types of common dispensing errors include misplacing the tablet, drug release error of manual dispensing unit, etc. The resolution contains setting suitable speed of packing drugs, regular pallet cleaning, etc. The application of drug dispensing machine improves the dispensing process, avoids drug pollution and cross infection, improves medication compliance and drug management and changes the working mode of pharmacist, etc. It brings new dispensing mode and management reform to the pharmacy, which is suitable for the need of pharmacy management under new condition.
