| 摘 要： | 目的:建立并比较泽泻醇提物与超临界CO2萃取物的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(80∶20,V/V),检测波长为208 nm,流速为0.4 ml/min。利用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2004A版)对10批样品的相似度进行评价。结果:泽泻醇提物指纹图谱的共有峰有13个,最大峰为14号峰;泽泻超临界CO2萃取物指纹图谱的共有峰有16个,最大峰为12号峰(23-乙酰泽泻醇B)。10批样品的相似度均>0.900。结论:该方法稳定性、精密度、重复性较好,可为泽泻醇提物与超临界CO2萃取物的鉴别及质量控制提供依据。
