我院76例儿童药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解儿童药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:将我院2013年上报的76例ADR报告按患儿的性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果:76例ADR报告中,男女比例为1∶1;静脉滴注给药途径ADR发生率最高,占76.32%;抗菌药物类所致ADR的比例最高,占75.00%;ADR主要累及皮肤及其附件,表现为过敏反应,占85.53%。结论:儿科更应重视抗菌药物的合理使用,尤其是静脉给药。

Analysis of 76 Cases of ADR Reports in Children from Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To study the regularity and the characteristics of ADR occurred in children so as to provide reference for clinical safe and rational use of drugs. METHODS：A total of 76 ADR cases reported by our hospital in 2013 were analyzed sta- tistically in respect of patients＇ age and sex, route of administration, category of drug, organs or system involved in ADR and clini- cal manifestations, etc. RESULTS： Of 76 ADR cases, the ratio of male and female was 1：1. Intravenous administration accounted for 76.32 % ; 75.00 % were caused by antibiotics. The main clinical manifestations of ADR were the lesions of skin and its appen- dants, mainly were allergic reaction, accounting for 85.53%. CONCLUSIONS： Great importance should be attached to the rational use of antibiotics, especially for intravenous administration.
