摘    要:目的:优选白芷中总香豆素的超声提取工艺。方法:以香豆素得率和香豆素纯度为指标,以超声功率、提取时间、提取温度、占空比和液固比为考察因素,采用正交试验优选白芷中总香豆素的超声提取工艺。结果:优选工艺为超声功率800 W,提取时间20 min,提取温度50℃,占空比5∶1,液固比40∶1(ml/g);在该工艺条件下,香豆素得率为0.236%,纯度为11.69%。结论:所选工艺稳定、可行,可用于白芷中总香豆素的超声提取。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total coumarins from Angelica dahurica. METHODS: The ultrasonic extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with ultrasound power, extraction temperature, extraction time, on/off ratio and liquid/solid ratio as factors using the yield and purity of coumarins as index. RESULTS: The optimal extrac- tion conditions was as follows: ultrasound power 800 W, extraction time 20 rain, extraction temperature 50 ℃, on/off ratio 5 : 1, liquid/solid ratio 40:1 ml/g. Under the above conditions, coumarins yield was 0.236% while purity 11.69 %. CONCLUSIONS: The optimized process conditions are stable and practicable, and can be used for ultrasonic extraction of total coumarins from A. dahurica.
