浅议完善含毒性药材的儿童用中成药的管理规范

目的:为规范管理含毒性药材的儿童用中成药提出建议和对策。方法:阐述含毒性药材儿童用中成药的管理现状、影响管理的因素。结果与结论:比较现行法律法规在管理含毒性药材的儿童用中成药上存在的不足,借鉴国外管理儿童用药的经验。针对我国含毒性药材的儿童用中成药的实际情况,建议完善相关法律法规,延长专利保护期。

Improvement of Management Standards for Chinese Patent Medicine Containing Toxic Substance for Children Use

OBJECTIVE： To provide suggestions and countermeasures for standardizing the management of Chinese patent medicine contained toxic substance for children use. METHODS ： The situation and influential factors of the management of Chinese patent medicine contained toxic substance for children use were interpreted. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS： The deficiency of current laws and regulations in the management of Chinese patent medicine contained toxic substance for children use were compared, and the experiences of pediatric medication management were learnt from the foreign countires. According to the situation of Chinese patent medicine contained toxic substance for children use in China, it is suggested to promote related laws and regulations and prolong the duration of patent protection.
