老年急性胆囊炎的诊治体会

目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的诊治特点。方法回顾分析81例老年急性胆囊炎的临床资料。结果81例中，结石性胆囊炎73例，非结石性胆囊炎8例；胆囊切除44例，胆囊大部分切除22例，胆囊切除、胆总管切开探查或（和）取石、T管引流9例，胆囊造瘘4例，死亡2例。结论老年人急性胆囊炎一旦确诊，应尽早手术治疗，同时要注意围手术期的处理和重要脏器的监测。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis in Senile Patients

Objective To discuss the features of diagnosis and treatment in acute cholecystitis of senile patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 81 senile caises with acute cholecystitis. Results Out of the 81 cases, 73 cases suffered from calculous chelecystitis and 8 cases from acalculous cholecystitis ;cholecystectomy was performed on 44 cases and subtotal cholecystectomy on 22 cases, cholecystectomy plus choledochotomy with exploration and T - tube drainage was made in 9 cases, cholecystostomy in 4 cases;death occurred in 2 cases. Conclusions Senile patients with acute cholecystitis should be operated on as soon as final diagnosis is made and certain attention should be paid in perioperative period and monitering to important organs should be strengthened.
