菟丝子及其3种炮制品的微量元素分析

摘    要:目的:通过测定菟丝子及其3种炮制品微量元素的含量,探讨不同炮制品潜在的药用价值。方法:用微波消解法处理样品后,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定菟丝子及其不同炮制品微量元素。结果:菟丝子及其不同炮制品所含K,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe,Al等微量元素的含量各有不同,不同炮制品均以K,Ca,Mg,Fe,P的含量较高,盐制菟丝子微量元素的加合量远远高于其他炮制品。结论:用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定菟丝子及其炮制品的微量元素,说明炮制和辅料不仅能改变元素含量而且能与有效成分一道发挥协同治疗疾病的效果。

Abstract:Objective: Through the determination of the content of trace elements of three kinds of dodder and its processed products to discuss the potential medicinal value of different processed products. Method: The trace elements of dodder and its different processed products were determined by microwave digestion using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). Result: The content including K,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe,Al and other trace elements in dodder and its different processed products was different,and K,Ca,Mg,Fe,P content in different processed products was high;the trace element additive volume in salt system dodder was higher than other processed products. Conclusion: Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) can determine the trace elements in dodder and its processed products,adjuvant material and the processing itself can not only change the element content,but play a synergistic curative effect with effective components. This experiment can provide scientific reference basis for in-depth studies of trace elements and efficacy of the immanent connection.
