摘    要:目的:研究新疆不同产地薰衣草样品中Na,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,K,Mn,Cr,Ni和Cd等10种微量元素的含量,为薰衣草的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供新的科学依据。方法:采用微波消解法处理薰衣草样品,用原子吸收光谱法对薰衣草样品中的10种微量元素的含量进行了测定,并进行了加标回收率实验。结果:各元素线性关系良好,相关系数在0.999 0~0.999 9呈现良好的线性关系。样品测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD<5.14%,各元素的加标回收率在94.0%~105.0%。新疆伊犁薰衣草中富含对人体有益的微量元素。结论:该方法快速、简便、数据准确可靠,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective: The contents of Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, K, Mn, Cr, Ni and Cd in Lavandula angustifolia from Xinjiang of different regions were determined in order to provide the new scientific evidences for the further studies and comprehensive utilization of L. angustifolia. Method: The contents of 10 inorganic elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion. And the standard addition recovery experiment was done. Result: The results of recovery experiment show that the atomic absorption spectrometry is a quick and easy method for determining;the correlation coefficient of each standard curve was between 0.999 0 and 0.999 9 with good linear relationship;the relative standard deviation (RSD) of each result is less than 5.14%, the recovery rate of each sample was between 94.0% and 105.0%, and the determination results are correct and reliable. The results show that the beneficia1 elements are richer in the L. angustifolia of Xinjiang. Conclusion: This method was simple, quick and accurate.
