更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎（HSK）的疗效及预防复发的作用。方法：HSK患者64例随机分为更昔洛韦组与对照组各32例。更昔洛韦组予0．15％更昔洛韦眼用凝胶和0．3％氧氟沙星眼液交替滴眼，qid。对照组予0．1％阿昔洛韦滴眼液和0．3％氧氟沙星眼液交替滴眼，qid。两组疗程均为3周。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效和不良反应，并随访观察治疗后2年内的复发率。结果：治疗3周后，更昔洛韦组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组分别出现不良反应3例和5例，不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后随访2年，观察组患者复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗HSK疗效确切，安全性较好，能减少其复发率，具有治疗和预防HSK复发的作用。

Curative Effect of Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel on Herpes Simplex Keratitis

Objective：To discuss the curative effect of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel on herpes simplex keratitis （HSK）. Methods：64 cases of patients with HSK were divided into gauciclovir group and controlled group at random, with 32 cases in either group. The patients in ganciclovir group were given 0.15% ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and 0.3% ofloxa- cin eye drops dropped into eyes alternatively, qid. The patients in the controlled group were given 0.1% aciclovir eye drops and 0.3% ofloxacin eye drops dropped into eyes alternatively, qid. Tile courses of the treatment in both groups were 3 weeks. The clinical curative effect and untoward effect of patients in the two groups were observed before and after medi- cal treatment, and reoccurrence rates were followed up as well within 2 years after the medical treatment. Results ：After 3 weeks＇ medical treatment, the total clinical efficiency in ganciclovir group was much higher than that in the controlled group（P 〈0.05）. 3 or 5 cases of untoward effect appeared in the two groups [ （9.38%） and （15.63%） ]. After the oc-currence rates of adverse drug reaction were compared, no statistical differences appeared （ P 〉 0.05 ）. According to 2 years＇following-up after the medical treatment, the reoccurrence rate of patients in the observation group was much lower than that in the controlled group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel had its reliable curative effect on HSK with high security, which could reduce the rate and have the treatment and preventive function on HSK
