摘    要:目的:在传统巴布剂基质材料基础上,优选一种基于透明质酸的新型巴布剂基质材料的配方。方法:以初黏力、剥离强度、赋形性和感官评价的综合评分为指标,以聚丙烯酸钠、明胶、透明质酸钠为黏合剂,甘油、丙二醇、聚乙二醇为保湿剂,高岭土、氧化锌为填充剂,氯化铝为交联剂,采用正交试验考察优选巴布剂基质配方。结果:最佳基质配方为聚丙烯酸钠-明胶-透明质酸钠-甘油-丙二醇-聚乙二醇-三氯化铝(4.5:2.5:2.0:13:13:13:0.2)。结论:优选的新型巴布剂初黏力、剥离强度、赋型性、光泽均良好,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: Based on traditional cataplasmsmatrix materials,to optimize a novel formulation of cataplasms matrix materials. Method: With initial adhesion,peeling strength,phosphorus and sensory evaluation as comprehensive evaluation index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize cataplasmsmatrix formulation by taking sodium polyacrylate,gelatin and sodium hyaluronate as adhesives,glycerol,propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol as moisturizers,attapulgite clay and zinc oxide as fillers,aluminum chloride as crosslinking agent. Result: Optimum matrix formulation was sodium polyacrylate-gelatin-sodium hyaluronate-glycerol-propylene glycol-polyethyleneglycol-AlCl3(4.5:2.5:2.0:13:13:13:0.2). Conclusion: These prepared cataplasmshad a certain application value with good initial adhesion,peeling strength,phosphorus and sensory.
