瑶药竹叶风质量控制方法研究

摘    要:目的:建立瑶药竹叶风质量控制方法,为该药材质量标准的制订提供实验依据。方法:采用性状、显微和薄层色谱法(TLC)对竹叶风进行定性鉴别,参照《中国药典》(2010年版)方法进行水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分检查和浸出物测定,采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法(HPLC-ELSD)测定岩白菜素和百两金皂苷A含量。结果:上述鉴别方法专属性强,12批样品水分平均为10.8%,总灰分平均为2.5%,酸不溶性灰分平均为0.6%,醇溶性浸出物平均为17.8%,岩白菜素含量平均为0.14%,百两金皂苷A含量平均为0.28%。根据试验结果制订了竹叶风药材质量控制方法。结论:建立的竹叶风质量控制方法简便、准确、重复性好,可有效控制竹叶风药材质量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish quality control method of Yao medicine Ardisia crispa,and provide the experimental basis for the formulation of quality standards of A.crispa. Method: Qualitative identification was made by characteristics of material medica,microscopic features and TLC. Moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and content of extract were determined with reference to the method in Chinese Pharmacopeia (2010 edition).The content of bergenin and ardisiacrispin A was determined by HPLC-ELSD. Result: Above mentioned method showed a strong specificity,the average content of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,alcohol-soluble extracts,bergenin and ardisiacrispin A from 12 batches of sample was 10.8%,2.5%,0.6%,17.8%,0.14%,0.28%.The method of quality control was established by according to the results of this experimental. Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid and reliable,suitable for the quality control of the drug.The method were establishment to control the quality of A.crispa.
