1050例老年农民体检结果分析

目的观察无锡市锡山区鹅湖镇≥60岁农民的健康状况及各种慢性疾病的患病率,以便建立健康档案。方法免费健康体检血常规、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总蛋白、白蛋白、乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)及血压等项目。体检异常者均由相关临床医生按照有关疾病诊断标准进行复查确诊,并作相关统计分析。结果体检1050例,身体健康者158例,占15.05%,患有各类疾病者892例,占84.95%;其中,高脂血症的患病率为36.19%,高血压为30.86%,糖尿病为6.29%,ALT异常者占4.57%及HBsAg阳性者占7.05%。男性高血压患病率最高,为30.11%;女性高脂血症患病率最高,为42.69%。结论慢性疾病如高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病、ALT异常及HBsAg阳性者等已成为老年农民的常见疾病,并且呈现年轻化趋势。因此,加强对老年农民人群的健康教育,对一些危险因素做到早发现、早预防,降低疾病的发生是目前农村健康保健和预防医疗服务的主要任务。

Analysis of results of physical examination in 1050 old peasants

Objective To establish health files by observing the health conditions of peasants aged 60 years old and over in Ehu Town of Xishan District in Wuxi and the incidence of different chronic diseases. Methods Free general examination was carried out in 1050 subjects, including blood routine test,ALT,FBG, TG, HDL-C, TP, ALB, HbsAg and blood pressure. Those with abnormal findings were all re-examined and diagnosed by clinical doctors. Then statistical analysis was performed. Results Among 1050 subjects,there were 158 healthy people (15.05%). People with different diseases accounted for 84.95%.The incidence of hyperlipidemia,hypertension,diabetes,abnormal ALT,positive HBsAg was 36.19%,30.86%,6.29%,4.57%,7.05%,respectively. Conclusions Chronic diseases such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, abnormal level of ALT and positive HBsAg are frequently present in old peasants and the age of onset has a tendency to young people. So more health education for old peasants is necessary. Early finding and prevention of the risk factors are the best ways to reduce incidence of the chronic diseases in old peasants.
