| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方螺旋藻胶囊对高脂血症家免血液流变学及血脂的影响。方法：用复方螺旋藻胶囊0．8g／kg，1．6g／kg及多烯康0．3g／kg分别喂饲高脂血症兔。连续42d后，心脏取血测定血脂及血液流变学指标。结果：与高脂血症模型对照组相比，复方螺旋藻胶囊高、低剂量能显著降低血清TG，TC及血液流变学指标。结论：复方螺旋藻胶囊能明显降低高脂血症免血脂水平，改善血液流变学，这对于防治心脑血管疾病具有重要意义。

Effect of Spirulin Compound Capsule on Serum Lipids and Hemorheology in Hyperlipidemic Rabbit |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Spirulin Compound Capsule on the level of serum lipids and hemorheology in hyperlipidemic rabbit.Methods:The experimental hyperlipidemic rabbits were divided into four groups. Among them, two groups were treated with Spirulin Compound Capsule 0.8 g/kg,1.6 g/kg respectively by ig administration, and one group was given Duoxikang by ig administration as the positive drug control, another group received physiological saline by ig administration as the hyperlipidemic control. The treatment was consecutively carried out for 6 weeks. The serum lipids and hemorheology of each group were determined.Results:Compared with the hyperlipidemic control group, it was found that Spirulin Compound Capsule com significantly decrease the content of serum cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), and hemorheological index.Conclusion:Spirulin Compound Capsule could remarkably decrease the content of serum lipids and improve hemorheology. |
