摘    要:With the rapid development of brain computer interface (simply called BCI),electroencephalography (EEG) will be another interesting bio-electrical signal applied in robotics after EMG.In order to realize it finally,the accurate measurement and pattern recognition of EEG signal must be a very important and elementary research objective.Based on our current researches and some reports from the other international colleagues in the field,we deeply discuss the basic characteristics of EEG signal,the development and selection of EEG measurement system,feature extraction and recognition methods of EEG signal,and then review EEG‘s applications in robotics as well as the future research trends in this paper.
