宝鸡—秦岭间气压变化对电力机车司机听力的影响

摘    要:目的了解宝鸡地区宝鸡—秦岭间气体变化对电力机车司机听力的影响。方法受噪声和气压双重影响的宝鸡地区南线电力机车司机为观察组,120人;只受噪声影响的北线电力机车司机为对照组,300人。采用VO522测听仪,测量2组司机的听力,对听力损伤进行χ2检验。结果观察组与对照组高频听力损伤人数分别占48.3%和30.0%,二者比较,差异有统计学意义;语频听力损失差异无统计学意义。结论宝鸡地区宝鸡—秦岭间气压变化对电力机车司机高频听力可能存在一定影响。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the effect of air pressure variation between Baoji and Qinling on electric locomotive driver's heating. Methods] The electric locomotive drivers of South-Line Baoji affected by noise and air pressure were selected as observa- tion group { 120 } ; 300 drivers of North-Line affected only by noise were selected as control group. V0522 audiometer was used to test hearing of 2 groups drivers. Xz test was carried out. Results] The high frequency hearing damage on the electric locomotive driv- ers of North-Line and South-Line was 48.30% and 30.00%, respectively, the difference between them was significant ; the difference of tone frequency hearing loss was not significant between them. Conclusion] The air pressure variation between Baoji and Qinling might have had some influence on the electric locomotive drivers in Baoji.
