| 摘 要： | 目的分析某院地方住院患者来源及构成情况，确定医院发展方向。方法对某院2011年地方住院患者来源及构成进行回顾性分析。结果该院患者来源主要为本市患者，占44．52％。神经外科、耳鼻喉科、放射肿瘤科的住院患者居前三位。结论通过加强医院学科建设，改善就医环境，加强院内合作等措施，进一步扩大地方患者来源，促进医院健康协调发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the direction of development of the hospital by analyzing the hospital local sources and the composition of hospi- talized patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of source and composition of local inpatients in 2011. Results The main source of hospital- ized patients is the city patients which accounted for 44,52% and the number of hospitalized patients in neurosurgery, otolaryngology, radiation oncolo- gy accounted for the top three. Conclusion Through strengthen the hospital academic building, improve the medical environment, strengthen the coop- eration of hospital and other measures to further expand the sources of patients and promote the hospital healthy and harmonious development. |
